Yatharth Group of Hospitals has appointed Neeraj Vinayak as its new Head of Strategy and Investor Relations. According to the group, “this pivotal addition to the leadership team is a significant milestone in Yatharth’s commitment to strategic growth and enhanced stakeholder engagement within the healthcare sector.”

Vinayak brings a lot of experience to this role, with nearly two decades of service in the financial markets. His previous tenure as the head of the Investor Relations desk at Kaynes Technology saw him leading company stakeholder positioning and strategic projects.

His extensive background also includes significant roles at CRISIL, IL&FS, HSBC, Avendus, and APL Apollo, where he excelled in areas such as capital markets, investor relations, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic corporate finance.

In his new role, Vinayak will be shaping and executing Yatharth’s strategic initiatives. He will lead efforts to enhance the hospital group’s engagements with investors and strategic partners, crucial for Yatharth’s expansion and innovation in healthcare services.
